1.1  Can I buy the walking stick at Sun Plaza Office?

No, this revolutionary Smart Walking Stick collection is not available at our Sun Plaza Office.  However you can simply buy it online and have it delivered to you for free.  Alternatively, you can experience this amazing collections of Smart Walking Stick at the following retail outlets.

1.3  Do you have any warranty for the Smart Walking Stick?

Yes, The Smart Walking Stick comes with 1 year warrant from manufacturing defect. Just present the item together with the receipt at Ren Ci Community Hospital (Novena) located next to TTSH (Novena MRT).

1.4  Can I bring this Smart Walking Stick on-board plane?

Absolutely, as it is designed as a walking aid, they will allow it on-board plane. The battery in the Smart Walking Stick is similar to those that is in the mobile phone, thus there is no issue in bringing it on-board plane.

1.5  Is the Smart Walking Stick battery operated?

Yes, there is an in-built battery in the handle similar to those that is in the mobile phone. It comes complete with the USD charging cable and plug. A typical charging time of 2 hours can last the LED Light for about 10 hrs and 5 hrs for the MP3 Player or Alarm.

1.6  In what way can this product help the dementia patient?

Yes, even though the fascinating chair is design to be seated facing the handle, however many of our existing client sit side ways with one hand resting on the handle bar. 2. Delivery

2.1  When can I receive my items after I have ordered them?

Upon successful transaction, we will process your order immediately.  You should be enjoying this revolutionary product within 1 - 3 working days.

2.2  I need the item urgently. Can I request for faster delivery?

In such cases, we will try our best to deliver your item as soon as possible, subject to the availability of our delivery guys. Drop us an email to hello@agegracefully.shop or WhatsApp us at +65-8876-8501 to inform us of the situation and we'll work something out for you.

2.3  Can I arrange for self-collection?

Yes, we can arrange for self-collection. Contact us at hello@agegracefully.shop or WhatsApp us at +65-8876-8501 to arrange an appointment to pick up your items at our Sun Plaza or Ang Mo Kio collection center.

2.4  How do I change my shipping address/contact details after my order has been placed?

Just drop us an email to hello@agegracefully.shop or WhatsApp us at +65-8876-8501 as soon as you can to inform us of the changes you would like to make.

2.5  Is there anywhere in Singapore that you don't deliver?

Due to certain limitations by certain organisations, we do not deliver to restricted zones such as army bases, shipyards, and offshore islands e.g. Pulau Ubin, Sentosa. However, we are able to deliver to your residence in Sentosa Cove for a surcharge of $10. Delivery to Tuas is also subject to $10 surcharge. 

2.6  I live outside Singapore. Is it possible to arrange for delivery to my country?

We do ship outside of Singapore using SingPost or DHL Express; just drop us an email to hello@agegracefully.shop or WhatsApp us at +65-8876-8501 to let us know where you would like your items to be delivered. We will inform you of the shipping charges accordingly.

 

3. Payment

3.1  How do I make payment for my purchase?

We accept payment via Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard.

3.2  What if I don't have a Paypal account?

Don't worry, you don't need a PayPal account for online purchases. All you need is a debit or credit card. We have recently integrated Shopify payments, which means you can simply check-out using your cards, all on the same page.

3.3  I can't seem to place my order online. Is there any other way to place my order?

3.4  Can I make payment via bank transfer?

Yes, you can. Just email us at hello@agegracefully.shop and we will provide you with the necessary bank details to make a bank transfer.
