PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 18 November 2023
Thank you for choosing our product, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. This Warranty Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty coverage for the product you have purchased from us. Should any item be defective, we'll be happy to exchange it.
1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
(a) Duration: This product is covered by a limited warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). Do note that we only provide exchanges for products that are in the original packaging, and exchange requests must be done within 7 days of receiving your item.
(b) Scope: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other conditions beyond our control.
2. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
(a) Notification: In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our Customer Service at 69175707 within the Warranty Period.
(b) Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase. Do keep a copy of the receipt
(c) Return Authorization: If necessary, our Customer Service will provide instructions on returning the product, and a return authorization may be required.
3. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
(a) Repair: We will, at our option, repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts.
(b) Replacement: If repair is not possible, we may replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.
(c) Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the product to us for warranty service is the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.
4. EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents
Products with altered or removed serial numbers
5. DISCLAIMERS
(a) Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
(b) Consequential Damages: We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of our product.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by and construed following the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
